Leave the demo with answers.

The useful outcome is a written scope and quote you can compare—not a tour of every feature.

Bring a short brief.

Have your intended countries, approximate headcount, start window, required services and existing local-entity situation ready. Use a broad budget for discussion. You do not need to put worker names, salary details or documents into our worksheet.

Ask these questions.

  1. Can you support this exact hire and arrangement? What needs review before you can confirm?
  2. Which entity would employ the worker, and which responsibilities would remain with us?
  3. Is every quoted fee per person, per company or per transaction?
  4. Which salary-related and country-specific charges are separate from the platform fee?
  5. Are there deposits, minimum monthly charges, setup costs or required add-ons?
  6. Which exchange rate and currency charges apply?
  7. What changes after a promotion ends or headcount changes?
  8. What are the cancellation, offboarding and deposit-return conditions?
  9. Who handles payroll exceptions and urgent support, and on what terms?
  10. Can you send the scope, exclusions and total itemized quote in writing?

Compare after the call.

Transfer only matching fee categories into the worksheet. Keep any unanswered questions open. A lower entered fee is useful information, but it does not settle differences in responsibilities, service quality or suitability.

Use the downloadable comparison to keep the assumptions and checklist together. The download stays on your device; it is not sent to AGENT X or the provider.
